Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused with all tags still attached, and in the same condition as when received.


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.



Sale items: Please note that all sale items at Mint Soda are considered final sale and, therefore, are non-returnable. We encourage our customers to carefully review their purchase decisions during sales events, as we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for items purchased at a discounted price. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our team if you have any questions or concerns regarding our sale item policy.

2. Return Process and Shipping

To initiate a return, please complete the Customer Return Form (that was enclosed with your order) and return it to our store together with your items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, refund or store credit.

4. Refund Process

At Mint Soda, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned items (unless you have a received a damaged or defective item). Instead, we are pleased to provide store credit for eligible returns. This store credit can be used towards future purchases, allowing you the flexibility to choose alternative products that better suit your needs. 



In the event of an eligible return, we provide store credit for the full purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees. This store credit is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue, allowing you ample time to explore our wide range of products and find the perfect fit for your needs. To redeem your store credit, simply enter the provided code or voucher number during the checkout process. Please note that store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has certain usage limitations outlined in our policy.
