We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.
Mint Soda uses PayPal to accept payment.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Saturday and exclude public holidays in Victoria.
If you purchase any of the products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.
Mint Soda only posts to destinations within Australia at this time.
Products posted from Mint Soda will be posted with Australia Post
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order.
However, orders may be shipped within 72 hours of receiving cleared funds during peak times such as Christmas.
We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 2-7 days.
Australia Post click and send does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Mint Soda may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
There are no refunds unless the product is faulty.
For exchange or refund of faulty products, the product must be returned within 7 days and in original condition – not worn, washed or packaging tampered with. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. When you return an item for exchange please enclose a postage bag for your new product to be sent to you.
